
In these classes, Mr. Jacky Yau will explore how the Unitree Go2 robot is transforming the landscape of robotics education. Participants will gain fundamental and advanced skills in operating and programming the Unitree Go2, fostering hands-on learning and critical thinking. Through immersive experiences, students will engage with quadruped robotics, develop autonomy in programming, and cultivate problem-solving abilities. Embracing the Unitree Go2 empowers learners to innovate and take ownership of their educational paths, shaping a dynamic future in technology.

Setting up communication and networking with Unitree Go2 robot
Programming Unitree Go2 to execute various movements:
– Walking
– Built-in motions
Reading data from built-in sensors:
– Battery status
– Inertial measurement unit (IMU)
– Lidar
– Foot sensor
Streaming and processing images from the robot’s built-in camera:
– Color recognition
– Tag recognition
– Image classification using Teachable Machine
This workshop is eligible for Year 3 and 4 students.
